Saru is an Indian non ferrous manufacturing group with a long historic background and has successfully maintained an innovative spirit since its founding in 1944. Saru Precision Wires are the manufacturer of Brass, EDM Wire and Brush Wire. Today it is recognized amongst the leading manufacturers of best quality wires in the country in this field.

1900 : Started trading in Non Ferrous Alloys. 1939 : Took contracts for the supplies of Non Ferrous metals to Military Establishments. 1944 : Saru Smelting Private Limited was formed with the manufacture of Flux Cored Solder Wire. 1948 : Started the manufacturing of Silver Brazing Alloys. 1960 : First Non Ferrous Continuous Casting Plant in India for the manufacture of Continuous Cast Copper Alloys . 1976 : A group company, Saru Aikoh was formed in technical collaboration with Aikoh Co., Japan for manufacturing Foundry Fluxes. 1987 : A Tin Smelting Plant was set up with the technical know-how from Base Metal Synergy Associates, U.K.   by the name Sartin Alloys, another group Co. 1992 : EDM Wires were developed,  for the Ist time in the country using continuous casting technology, by Saru. 1995 : Saru Aikoh ventures into Continuous Cast Fluxes in technical collaboration with Nippon Thermo chemical Company, Japan. 2006 : Due to the rapid growth and wide expansion plans it became necessary to float  a separate unit  to manufacture Brass & EDM wire in  the name  & style  of Saru Precision Wires Pvt. Ltd.

Saru Precision Wires is headed by Mr. D.P. Jain, who is a renowned International figure in the Non-Ferrous field.  Mr. Jain is instrumental in the development & growth of the Saru group. Mr. D.P. Jain has been a member of Indian Copper Development Centre, Indian Institute of Metals, Indian Standards Committee and has been President, Vice President and in Managerial Committees of various technical and social organizations.  He is the guiding force behind the growth & progress in our company.
His enormous experience of 60 years and futuristic vision endeavors us towards constant development.
